Digital Stand Rental Benefits:

 

1. Photo gallery, video gallery, catalog, price list buttons can be created in the digital stand and materials can be added.

2. Visitors will be able to meet live with the digital stand representative, share files and negotiate with the visitor at the preference of the stand representative.

3. You will be able to create a special survey for your digital stand and receive feedback from visitors.

4. Visitors can download all your digital stand products into their virtual bags.

5. One-on-one meetings between the visitor and the digital stand representative will be organized and held at the time and date determined by the appointment module.

6. Visitors will be able to leave their business cards.

7. User training will be provided to the digital stand participation company.

8. The Partner Participant is subject to the approval of the Symposium Coordinator. A Partner Participant, who has not been informed about it or has been rejected by the Symposium Coordinator, is removed from the digital stand. Partner Participants and indirectly represented companies that participate with the written approval of the Symposium Coordinator are jointly and jointly responsible to the Symposium Coordinator.

9. It is forbidden to tender and / or transfer the right to participate in the digital stand to another company.

10. It is not possible for the Participant to cancel the digital stand participation and / or terminate the contract after the participation has been confirmed.

11. According to the conditions to be formed in the Symposium Coordinatorship, the digital stand can be re-programmed as time and place, all participation agreements are binding for the reprogrammed event - except for the corrections regarding the size and location proposed by the Symposium Coordinator. The Symposium Coordinatorship is not obliged to pay a refund to the Participant who does not take part in the event, whose program was re-made, for any reason.
